VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System
To provide the highest quality care to veterans by ensuring safe, effective, and medically necessary use of medications.
You may refill your medications through one of three easy methods: telephone, mail, or internet. You can order your refills anytime you want. The computer system will not allow the medication to be sent until 10 days before you are due for a refill. Controlled substances, such as certain pain medications can be ordered 10 days before they are due and will be sent to you so that you get them by your due date. Controlled substance prescriptions may not be picked up early.
1) Telephone Refill Requests
An automated medication refill line is available for all VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System patients. Please call:
- Toll Free (855) 339-0376
If you are using the automated refill line, all refills should be ordered at least ten days prior to when the refill is due to insure prompt processing and delivery time.
