- Reno VA Medical Center (24 hours a day for inpatient), clinics are open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Carson Valley Outpatient Clinic (Gardnerville) 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Lahontan Valley Outpatient Clinic (Fallon) 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Diamond View Outpatient Clinic (Susanville, CA) 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
